When a merchant installs or uses SellMore, we may access information about the Shopify store, such as:

• Store name

• Store URL

• Phone number

• Shopify store identifiers

We use this information to authenticate the store, operate SellMore, manage app settings, provide support, and communicate with the merchant regarding the app

3. Customer Information

Depending on the permissions granted through Shopify and the functionality being used, SellMore may access certain customer information where required to provide app functionality.

This may include:

• Customer name

• Phone number

• Shipping or billing address

• Information associated with an order

We only access customer information that is necessary to provide SellMore's functionality.

We do not use a merchant's customer information to independently market products or services to those customers.

SellMore may access Shopify product and collection information, including:

• Product and variant IDs

• Product type

• Variant details

• Collections

• Inventory information

This information may be used to display products, configure upsells, create product recommendations, apply merchant-defined conditions, or provide other SellMore functionality.

How do we use your personal information collected from the app?

We utilize the personal information we gather from you and your customers to give the service and to operate the app. Moreover, we utilize this personal information to speak with you, streamline or improve the application and furnish you with data or promote identifying with our products or services. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, new services and other updates. We share your personal information with our partner and child company in cases where they need it for development purposes.

Third-party service

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. We will retain your account data and order information until you ask us to delete this information or uninstall our app; after 72 hours, we automatically delete it.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, constructed and entered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to choice of law or conflict of law provisions thereof. All disputes with respect to this Privacy Policy shall be brought and heard in the courts situated at Surat, India.
